Below are the forms which you can use during the game. Please do not resend the same form with the same information more than once each udpate. Make sure you are using the correct form and asking for the correct amount of rewards, which can be found on the
Please be sure that you have the correct amount of cards needed for the level you are rising to before sending in the form. If you have leveled up twice, it is fine to state that in the same form.
- Levels 1-10 = 1 card of choice and 3 random
- Levels 11-20 = 2 cards of choice and 2 random
- Levels 21-25 = 2 cards of choice and 4 random
- Levels 26-30 = 2 cards of choice, 1 special (worth 2) card of choice, and 4 random
If you have multiple masters, feel free to include them all in the same form. Regular masters will give you two choice cards and two random. For mastering a special deck, you will recieve three choice cards and one choice special. If you mastered a super-special deck, please view its page to figure out what you have won.
